Installation paths: Android, iOS, and web
We at awan support three ways to access our platform on mobile. Android users download our APK file directly from this page and install it on their device. iOS users open awan in Safari or Chrome and can save a home-screen shortcut. Desktop users access awan via web browser. All three paths connect to the same account and game library.

Android APK installation walkthrough
To install awan on Android, follow these four steps. First, download the APK file from this page by tapping the Android button below. Your phone may warn you that the file is from an unknown source; this is normal because we distribute the app directly rather than through Google Play. Second, open your phone's Settings, go to Security or Apps, and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources." Third, open your Downloads folder, find the awan APK file, and tap it to install. Fourth, once installation completes, open the awan app, create an account or log in, and you are ready to use our platform.

Open the awan app and either log in with your existing account or create a new one. You can now access football markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), live-dealer tables, slots, and esports.
iOS browser access and home-screen shortcut
iOS users do not need to install an app. Instead, open Safari or Chrome on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to awan.bet. Log in with your account credentials. Once logged in, tap the Share button (the square with an arrow), scroll down, and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates a shortcut on your home screen that opens awan directly, giving you a native app-like experience. The shortcut syncs your login session, so you stay logged in across visits.
The iOS browser path offers the same features as the Android app: access to football markets, live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). You can deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer. Withdrawals settle to the same payment method you used for deposits.
App vs. browser: speed, caching, and notifications
The awan Android app offers advantages over the browser version. The app caches game data locally, so pages load faster even on slower connections. Push notifications alert you to new markets, live events, and account activity—you can customize notification settings in the app menu. The app also uses less data than the browser because it does not reload the entire page on each tap. Battery usage is optimized for extended play sessions. The browser version works well on all devices but requires a fresh internet connection each time and does not support push notifications. If you prefer simplicity and do not want to install an app, the browser path is equally secure and functional.
Device compatibility and system requirements
The awan Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most phones sold in the last five years meet this requirement. iOS users need iOS 12.0 or later; this covers iPhone 5s and newer. The web version works on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If your device is older than these minimums, you can still access awan via the web browser on a computer or tablet.
Common installation issues and fixes
If you see an "Unknown sources" error on Android, go to Settings → Security and enable "Install from unknown sources." If you see a certificate warning, this is a security check by your phone; tap "Install anyway" to proceed—our APK is signed and safe. If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → awan → Storage → Clear Cache) and restarting the app. If you cannot log in, check that your email and password are correct, and ensure your phone has an active internet connection. If you forget your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen; we email a reset link to your registered email address. For other issues, contact our support team via the in-app Help menu.
App permissions and data security
The awan Android app requests permission to access your device's storage (for caching game data), location (to verify you are in a supported jurisdiction), and notifications (to send alerts). We do not share these permissions with third parties. Your account data—email, password, KYC documents, payment methods—is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on our servers. We perform KYC verification before allowing deposits or withdrawals; this protects both you and us from fraud. Your password is hashed using military-grade encryption; we never store or transmit it in plain text. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately via the account settings menu or contact our support team.
We update the awan app regularly to add new markets, improve performance, and fix bugs. Check the in-app Help menu for the latest version. For technical support, contact us via the Help section or visit our FAQ page.
